The Banjo Weather Station by D&D is a popular design that has been around for centuries. The barometer once was a mercury glass tube that ran behind the long shaft giving the barometer its banjo shape. Today, the mercury barometer has been replaced with a safer mechanical gauge. Along the shaft is a stick thermometer that measures in Fahrenheit and Celsius. In the center is a large barometer that measures in inches, millimeters and hectopascals/millibars. the lower gauge is a hygrometer that measures humidity in percent. The wood frame is stained mahogany and measures 17 inches long, 5 inches wide at the widest point. The barometer is 3.75 inches in diameter. Quality crafted in Belgium.
