BellClocks.com is a division of Windward Instruments. These
policies
apply to all business conducted by BellClocks.com. Use of this site
forms the agreement that you understand and agree
to be bound by these policies. Any remedy or action is limited to the
court, and jurisdiction, of the
point of sale (Starke County, Indiana) only. BellClocks.com (Windward
Instruments) reserves the right to revise these policies with or
without notice. User is
responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in the location
from which you access this website, including but not limited to, all
applicable export and import laws. RETURN POLICY Return Authorization is required for all returns. Any documentation included with your item from the manufacturer dealing with returns is ONLY applicable to purchases made directly from the manufacturer. Windward Instruments (Windward Store) return policy supercedes any such documentation as prevailing policy. TERMS: Return shipping charges are customer responsibility. Original shipping charges and an 18% restocking fee (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund. Our descretionary restocking fee is 25% - 50% and may be applied to order returns on excluded items which we agree to accept. Such returns and fee assessment is at our determination. Refunds are issued by credit transaction back to the credit card used for purchase, or company draft at our discretion. Refunds are normally completed in 3-7 business days, however, please allow up to 30 days for processing. EXCLUSIONS: The following items are covered by warranty for defect, but are not returnable for refund or credit: (1) Customized, directly engraved, or personalized items (including re-sized).
