Orders are typically shipped in 1-4 business days. We do our best to keep our online store updated, but occasionally an item may go out of stock or become unavailable before your order is placed. We will notify you as quickly as possible in this instance, and recommend alternative products.
We require funds be "captured" (in our account) prior to shipment. We recommend payment by PayPal Express to help expedite your order.
Expedited shipping may be available - please contact us if you require an order expedited.
Standard flat rate shipping is via carrier of our choice (normally UPS, FedEx, USPS), by ground service.
Delivery estimates provided are estimates only, based on the best information available from the supplier, and/or carrier. While unfortunate, shipping delays may occur at times. We will do our best to communicate with you in these circumstances.
Delays by suppliers and carriers is beyond our control, and while unfortunate, no guarantee or warranty is made once a shipment is accepted by any carrier.
Delivery problems (including loss and/or damage) are the responsibility of the carrier. Customers are bound by the procedure(s) of the carrier regarding claims, including associated delay for determination by the carrier.
